Faculty Textbook Ordering Procedure
- The Swarthmore Campus & Community Store utilizes software from Verba Collect to assist in the textbook adoption process for your courses. Verba Collect lets you adopt your books for the upcoming semester in a quick and simplified process. You will be emailed a personalized link each semester to log on and select your textbooks in minutes. The emails are automated and will occur weekly until the adoptions are submitted for each course. Please note, the automated emails will come from [email protected]. If you are not receiving the emails, please reach out to Dave Urbany ([email protected]) for assistance. All of your course information is automatically uploaded to Collect directly from the file we receive from the Registrar’s Office. Access to each term is available as soon as the Registrar releases the schedule for each term.
- Please note, you will only be able to access your personalized link through the automated emails sent from [email protected]. The Campus Store website does not have a link to access your course schedule to submit adoptions.
