General Merchandise Return Policy *excludes textbooks
- All regular priced merchandise may be returned in its original condition within 90 days of purchase (in-store or online).
- Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt, online order receipt/order number. The refund will be issued in the form it was paid.
- Items must be returned in the original condition, with the original packaging when applicable.
- Returns without a receipt will be issued credit in the form of a gift certificate and will be refunded at the current sale price (if applicable).
- Defective items will be replaced with the same or comparable item whenever possible.
- Clearance merchandise is a final sale. No returns or exchanges.
- Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error, in which case shipping charges will be refunded to the original credit card.
Textbook Return Policy
- Textbooks--new/used/rental -- with an original register receipt, may be returned for a full refund in the original form of payment from date of purchase through the last day of the add/drop period for the semster the book was purchased for.
- Digital materials such as access codes and eBooks must be returned within 14 days of purchase or by the Store’s return deadline for the semester, whichever is first, and cannot be returned once they have been downloaded.
- When a student returns a textbook for credit, the textbook’s purchase or rental price will be credited back to the student’s original form of payment. Course materials purchased using the TAP fund will be credited back to the student's TAP fund, and cannot be returned for cash or other tender.
- Books with any use or damage may not be returned. All new books must be returned in new, original condition. Shrink-wrapped textbooks or packages must be returned in their original, un-opened shrink wrapping. Note: eBooks can only be returned if the ebook has not been downloaded and within 14 days of purchase or by return deadline whichever comes first.
All return policies apply to both in-store and online purchases.
